MicroSplat - Digger Integration

Features Added: Allows for up to 28 textures on Digger meshes. Supports all MicroSplat module features, except Tessellation on the digger meshes. Uses digger's included texturing tools, and even supports painting of Wetness, Puddles, Streams and Lava when the module for MicroSplat is installed. Supports Standard Pipeline, URP and HDRP with appropriate modules.
