Warehouse Enviroment

Contains a warehouse setting with truck ramps, offices, and basic surroundings. The asphalt ground is separated and can be removed to replace it with your own ground or terrain. Scene size about 110m by 50m. More than 300 different props for decoration are included as prefabs (benches, e-car-charger, barrels, crates, trash cans, containers, trees, office props and much more). Most of the textures are PBR. Texture sizes range from 512x512 to 8192x4096. Polycount for the main parts (without decorative props) is about 250,000.
