The 30 unique designs cover a factory, warehouse, guard booth, gantry crane, forklift, cargo truck, shipping container, modular fence pieces, sliding gate, barriers, utility equipment, pallets and service props. The 120 PNG sprites are four orientations of those same designs, rather than additional unique models.
3D content includes 70 materials, shared texture sets, adjustable HDR color tints, colliders on every primary prefab, LODs on 14 models, modular fence connectors and an industrial yard demo. The sprite companion includes transparent PNGs, calibrated ground pivots, 120 SpriteRenderer prefabs and a view showcase. Offline documentation explains setup, material editing and limitations.
Requirements: Unity 6000.4.7f1 and URP 17.4.0, Linear color space. Built-in and HDRP materials are not included. Models are static environment props: no skeletal rigs, vehicle controllers or mechanical animation. Colliders are intended for static placement; dynamic physics requires adaptation. Sprites use baked lighting and do not update when a 3D material is edited. Their appearance can differ from the commercial 3D material setup. No 2D collision or automatic direction-selection system is included.
