Snow storm (HDRP)

Snow storm. Currently package works only in HDRP. Package includes 4 VFX graphs with different effects required to create believable blizzard or a snow storm. It also includes a bench, lamp post and a ground mesh. Bench triangle count and texture size: 8168, 2k. Lamp post triangle count and texture size: 2894, 2k. Ground mesh triangle count and texture size: 8325, 2k. Snow particles textures imported with resolution of 2048x2048, but lowered in Unity to 256x256 for optimization. Package also includes one example scene.
