Super easy to use the package contains 6 different shaders.
Dissolve To Transparent: Dissolve to a completely transparent object
Dissolve to Color: Dissolve to a different color and specularity values
Dissolve to Texture: Dissolve to an other set of Albedo, Normal, Specular, Glossiness Emission and Ambient Occlusion map.
+ 3 Triplanar version.
(The triplanar Shaders give an even better result for the dissolve effect. They can avoid the seams to be visible.
Unfortunately they don't work on skinned meshes.)
