About Sakanfar Folder Organizer
- Tools, Systems & Learning > Development Tools & Automation
Create a recommended project folder structure with a preview, per-folder selection, custom root name, custom creation location, duplicate prevention, and a creation summary. Existing folders are skipped and existing assets are never moved, renamed, or deleted.
Customize any project folder with persistent colors and safe text-based icon identifiers. Styles are displayed in both Project window list and grid views while keeping folder names readable. Folder appearance data is stored in project ScriptableObject assets and uses folder GUIDs whenever possible, so styles can survive folder movement or renaming.
Automatic rules apply colors and icons based on folder names using Exact, Contains, Starts With, or Ends With matching. Rules are case-insensitive, editable, priority-aware, and can be applied to the entire project or to a selected folder hierarchy.
Mark important folders as favorites and navigate to them quickly. Project window actions and the Folder Organizer window provide access to colors, icons, rules, favorites, and settings.
The package is editor-only, has no runtime components, does not depend on Built-in, URP, or HDRP rendering features, and does not modify the contents of user folders.
