Battle Transitions adds eight JRPG-style battle effects for RetroJRPG, ready to assign globally or per battle.
- Clockwise Inward: black spirals clockwise into the centre.
- Square Clockwise Inward: a square-edged clockwise blackout.
- Three Bands: horizontal bands sweep across in alternating directions.
- Vertical Bands: vertical bands sweep upward and downward in sequence.
- Swirl Blur: the current view twists into a blurred vortex.
- Outward Blur: pixels push outward from the centre with blur.
- Echo Shockwave: rhythmic ripple pulses distort the captured screen.
- Prism Fracture: irregular fragments shift apart, becoming finer near the centre.
Each transition supports adjustable timing, optional UI fades, and reusable mask or distortion textures for creating further variants.
