Radial Speed Lines VFX URP creates animated additive speed lines on an XY mesh surface. Signed speed drives inward or outward motion with phase-continuous changes; opacity and intensity controls support fading the effect away.
Three presets and a saved, texture-free demonstration on black keep the effect itself in focus. A four-page PDF manual explains setup, aspect ratio, clock behavior, per-renderer control and property-block ownership.
This is a depth-tested mesh effect, not a fullscreen renderer feature, UI masking system, measured motion blur or particle simulation. Opaque scene depth can occlude it.
