Turn the corridors, stairwells and flats of a worn-out 90s tower block into a PS1-era world. PSX Apartment Block is a modular kit of 90 low-poly models on a strict 4 m grid: corridor walls with apartment doors, open doors, doorways and windows, carpeted floors, ceilings with working and broken tube lights, assembled corridor cells, railed stair flights, landings and a U-shaped stair module, a fire door wall, an elevator lobby, a mailbox wall, an intercom, a laundry room and a trash chute. Furnish the flats with a sofa, armchair, CRT TV on a stand, tables, chairs, a double bed, wardrobe, kitchen counter modules, fridge, stove, sink, bathtub, toilet and mirror cabinet, then make it grimy with boxes, trash bags, bottles, pizza boxes, newspapers, plants, radiators, posters and wall stain decals. Balcony railings and a front door with peephole complete the set. Models run 32 to 600 triangles, in metres, origin at the base, clean snake_case names. One shared 128x128 pixel atlas in a faded peach and carpet red palette, plus vertex colour grime.
In Unity you get one prefab per model with a MeshCollider, one shared material using the included PSX vertex-lit shader (Built-in Render Pipeline), the atlas imported with point filtering and no compression, and a demo scene that lays out every model. The source FBX files are included.
