Progress Bars - Customizable and Extensible (Health Bars etc)

Progress Bars is a simple and effective system to handle progress bars. Add your custom art, set the colors, and then one line of code will set the value of the bar. Use it for health, mana, experience, timers, whatever you'd like! The progress bars can be used in conjunction with other systems to easily display progress bars over objects at runtime, transitioning nicely to edge overlays when the objects go off screen.
