Package Profiles allows Unity projects to support build-profile-specific package manifests.
As a Unity project grows in size and scope, and needs to support multiple SKUs for different target platforms and devices, managing the project's package list can become unwieldy. Different platforms may have different requirements, and packages may contain issues or constraints that make it difficult to unify all platforms and SKUs with a single package set.
