About Power Gym Training animations (Motion Cast#20 Vol.2)

This animation pack offers a variety of gym exercises animations ranging from warm-up exercises to leg exercises through 33 original animations. Includes standing exercises, stomach exercises, back exercises, one-footed exercises, and four-legged exercises. Motion capture software was used for optimum quality, with each animation manually retouched and finalized. Of the 33 animations, 15 can be automatically looped. Movements were performed by Aline Zakrzewski, a wellbeing professional. Note that only the animations are sold; the 3D model is for aesthetic and technical purposes only. Animation list includes 4 warm-up animations, 16 full-body exercises, 4 exercises for the upper body, 6 exercises for knees and buttocks, 2 relaxation exercises, 1 stand-up animation, and 25 striking movements including 4 with two different grips. All animations are provided in FBX format.
