EdgeFX is a pack of 10 stylized, production-ready URP shaders — the toon-and-effects toolkit every stylized project reaches for. Every effect is fully procedural (no textures required), SRP Batcher compatible, and ships with a one-click demo scene so you can see all ten running in seconds.
The pack includes:
Toon Lit (Outline) — banded cel shading with an inverted-hull outline, adjustable light steps.
Dissolve — animated burn-away with a glowing edge; shadows and depth dissolve with the surface.
Hologram — additive sci-fi hologram with scanlines and random glitch bursts.
Force Field — energy shield that flares where scene geometry intersects it.
Ghost — translucent fresnel spirit with a top-weighted wobble.
Stylized Water — vertex waves with depth-based shoreline foam.
Lava — flowing emissive lava with a cooling crust.
Ice Crystal — refractive frozen surface.
Snow Coverage — world-up snow/moss/sand buildup that updates live as the object rotates.
Wind Foliage — two-sided translucent leaves swaying in wind.
Every parameter is exposed in the material inspector, so each shader retunes into a whole family of looks (Snow doubles as moss or sand, Dissolve/Toon suit any art direction). Dissolve is driven by a single _Dissolve property you can animate from code, Timeline or a MaterialPropertyBlock.
Compatibility: Unity 6+, Universal Render Pipeline only. Force Field, Water and Ice use the Depth/Opaque textures — the included demo builder enables them on your URP asset automatically.
