About PBR Street Lights and Telephone Poles

Models are very realistic and optimized low-poly, complete with LODs. All shared materials use PBR 4K textures including Albedo, Normal, AO, Metallic, and Roughness in PNG format. Only three materials are used across all models, accommodating at least ten objects per shared texture map.
The pack contains fully assembled prefabs for intersection layouts, street lamps, wired poles, traffic cameras, and signal posts. Integrated scripts allow traffic lights to cycle through Red, Amber, Green, and Arrow states, while pedestrian lights toggle between Walk and Stop. Another script provides customizable timers for managing intersections.
Every individual piece is included as separate prefabs for the modular creation of custom urban environments.
