Modular Dungeon tiles are simple 4 m × 4 m blocks, with 171 pieces that can be duplicated and rotated. Each material (floor, wall, trim) uses a 1k texture, and simple props such as tables, chairs, stools, shelves, barrels, boxes, jars, books, tableware, chains, candles and torches are included. Textures are combined into a single 2k file, providing 5 materials for 39 objects. The asset is minimally set up in Unity with materials, prefabs and a test level, and the blend file comes with packed textures.
