Modern Cafe Interior — Modular Starter Kit
Drop the assembled room into your scene and you have a working cafe. Or ignore it and build your own layout from the individual pieces.
Everything sits on a 1 m / 2 m grid at 1 unit = 1 meter, so the modular parts line up without nudging them into place. The colors are shared across the whole set — oak, warm neutrals, a muted sage green. That part usually takes the longest when you assemble a room out of separate packs, so it is done for you here.
What you get
55 models:
Architecture: walls, half walls, window walls, floors, ceilings, a doorway, corner posts, an entry glass door and a staff door panel
Seating and tables: chairs, bar stools, a bench, a corner bench, round, square and communal tables
Counter area: counter and corner units, back cabinet, display case, sink unit, under-counter fridge, shelves
Coffee gear: espresso machine, grinder, POS, toaster, bean jar, syrup bottle
Food and tabletop: croissant, muffin, bread roll, berry cake, cup and saucer, plate, tray, cutlery and napkin holders, takeaway cup, paper bag
Decor: pendant lights, planter, wall art, menu board, wall clock, price labels, entrance mat, waste bin
Also included: one assembled cafe room you can drop straight into an existing scene, day and night demo scenes, LOD0/1/2 on 21 of the models, 220 PBR maps, and setup notes in English and Korean.
Technical
Built and tested in Unity 2022.3.5f1 with Universal RP 14.0.8 on Windows.
Materials are URP Lit, with tangent-space normal maps and metallic/smoothness packing. There is a sample URP pipeline asset under Settings if you want to use it, but nothing is applied automatically and no packages are installed. Your project settings stay as they are.
Every model carries a second UV channel, so you can bake lighting if you want to. The demo scenes use realtime lighting, and bake quality will come down to your own settings.
Glass is alpha blended rather than refractive. It will not match an offline path-traced render, and it does not cast a solid shadow.
What this is not
Environment art, and nothing beyond that. There is no player controller, no door-opening script, no ordering or coffee-making system, no characters, no exterior and no audio or UI. The package targets URP only — Built-in and HDRP are not set up. Mobile and VR are not certified, and frame rates will depend on your scene, lighting and hardware.
