About Low Latency Native Audio for Unity Mobile

Low Latency Native Audio gives Unity developers a simple C# API for responsive one-shot audio playback on mobile devices.
The package sends registered AudioClips to native platform audio backends, bypassing the standard Unity AudioSource playback path for latency-sensitive sounds.
It is designed for:
• Rhythm and music games
• Virtual instruments and drum pads
• Touch-responsive sound effects
• Fast UI audio feedback
• Interactive mobile audio applications
Register an AudioClip once, then trigger it instantly using a lightweight clip ID. The API supports normal playback, stereo panning, pitch adjustment, stopping playback, clip removal, and application pause/resume handling.
One native backend uses Oboe with AAudio or OpenSL ES depending on the selected backend and device support.
The other native backend uses the AudioUnit RemoteIO path.
The included sample scene demonstrates direct touch input and compares Unity AudioSource playback with native LLNA playback.
A complete How to Use PDF and README documentation are included.
Actual audio latency depends on the device hardware, operating system, selected audio route, backend, buffer configuration, and current system conditions.
