Work with your favourite networking stack of Netcode for GameObjects, PurrNet, or FishNet, or implement your own custom networking solution with built-in features for packing and interpolation. Test your game locally using Multiplayer Play Mode or ParrelSync. Browse lobbies, add custom filters, and invite and join friends. Lobbies can be set to public, friends only, or invite only, and have kicking and banning support. Full voice and text chat support. Easily use the Steam overlay and Steam achievements, stats, and leaderboards in your game. Dedicated editor windows to easily test all functionality. A developer UI allows for testing all functionality in standalone builds. Works on all platforms Steam supports being Windows, Mac, and Linux. While Steam functionality will not work on other platforms, Kaiju Multiplayer Engine has been designed to not throw errors on other platforms, allowing you to keep it in your project for cross-platform games. Play a demo of Kaiju Multiplayer Engine from the included standalone networking sample which demonstrates the developer UI. Demo available for Windows. As this demo is not a full Steam release, certain features such as the Steam overlay will not function.
