This is a free particle effect for generating blown soap bubbles and they burst upon collision with other objects.
V1.1 requires Unity 2017.3 and includes 2 custom vertex-fragment shaders "Particles/Alpha Blended Cubemap" and "Particles/Alpha Blended Cubemap Skybox". The former requires a cubemap and the latter picks the skybox or reflection probe already assigned in the scene. This creates 3D environmental reflection on billboard particles.
