HQ Suburban House

This bundle provides a complete two-story suburban home filled with over 200 carefully detailed, high-quality PBR interactive props with metallic workflow. All doors, windows, cabinet doors, drawers, knobs, and switches are separated and pivoted for realistic interactions. Each model includes colliders and LODs, prefabbed and organized in folders for immediate drag-and-drop use. Carefully unwrapped secondary UV channels enable proper lightmap support for Enlighten. Customization is supported through separate tiling materials for walls, floors, and ceilings, with color adjustments possible via the provided shader. HDRP and URP upgrade packs are included for Unity 2019.3.7 and later. House parts are modular, allowing rooms and entire floors to be toggled for top-down views.
