House Renovation is a modular Unity template for creating first-person renovation, property flipping, and interior improvement games. The package provides a complete gameplay foundation covering the full property loop: purchase a property, clean and repair it, renovate surfaces, furnish rooms, calculate its value, receive buyer offers, sell it, and progress to new projects. Renovation tasks include surface cleaning, floor sweeping, individual trash removal, furniture and object repairs, wall plastering, painting, wallpaper installation, piece-by-piece flooring, and room completion objectives. The included first-person demo demonstrates the systems working together with animated tools, contextual interactions, task progression, property ownership, renovation expenses, furniture placement, property evaluation, buyer offers, selling, and persistent progress. House Renovation is designed for customization. Core gameplay rules are separated from the demo controller, user interface, input, and presentation layers, allowing you to keep the demo systems or connect the runtime architecture to your own controller, HUD, camera, audio, and art. Editor tools reduce setup time by helping you create properties, rooms, renovation tasks, finishes, furniture definitions, buyers, and synchronized catalogs. Validation and diagnostic tools identify missing references, invalid IDs, configuration problems, and project requirements before entering Play Mode. Build your renovation game on an extensible foundation instead of developing every property, task, economy, furniture, and save system from scratch. Key Features: - Complete property purchase, renovation, evaluation, and sale loop - Multiple independent property projects - Surface cleaning with progressive task completion - Individual trash object removal - Progressive floor sweeping - Object and furniture repair - Wall plastering prerequisites - Whole-surface painting with selectable finishes - Progressive wallpaper installation - Piece-by-piece flooring installation - Modular furniture placement with collision validation - Move, repair, and sell placed furniture - Room-specific renovation and furnishing objectives - Property value calculation by renovation category - Buyer profiles and preference-based offers - Wallet, purchase, renovation expense, resale, and profit systems - Career and property market progression - Versioned save system with migration support - Stable persistent IDs for properties, tasks, and furniture - Authored first-person demonstration scene - Animated first-person renovation tools - Contextual HUD, prompts, market, build mode, and results UI - Setup Center and guided content creation tools - Property, furniture, surface finish, and buyer catalogs - Project Doctor, validation tools, and support snapshots - Modular C# runtime without a mandatory global singleton
