This asset is a big treasure for any VFX artist. It can be confirmed by the fact that all effects from Hovl Studio aren't using even half of the textures! All textures are in one folder! You can use these textures in your paid or free games/projects/videos/pictures etc. Everything except resale in a pure textures form. For example, it's not allowed to resell them in the Unity Asset Store, FAB Marketplace, Shutterstock or similar marketplaces even if they are part of a special effects asset.
