This package contains an island landscape useable as racing track or for any kind of action game.
The scene is only basicly decorated.
More than 400 decorative props included like: trees, industrial props, houses, traffic signs, container, boxes, ships, street lights, rocks, and more.
Optimized collision-meshes for walls and ground included.
Textures-sizes up to 4096x4096
The main scene materials use PBR-Textures with: Albedo, Normal, Maskmap (Metallic, Ao and Smoothness)
Polycount for the main scene assets about 180.000.
The scene is not(!) created with the Unity-Terrain.
The package supports BuiltIn-, URP- and HDRP-Renderpipeline (RP-version 11.0.0 or higher)
The scene includes an example lightsetup with baked lightmaps for all renderpipelines.
