About Flashlight Animation Pack | Third person
- Theme > Modern
- Art & Visuals > 3D
A full third person flashlight set for Unity. 73 clips, all Humanoid, so they play on the Unity mannequin that ships with the pack or on any Humanoid character you already have.
The reload is the one to watch. The cap unscrews, the old battery comes out, a new one goes in, and the flashlight's own clip plays alongside the body so the parts stay in the fingers. The flashlight is a rigged mesh with bones for the cap, the battery and the button.
Walk, jog and crouch walk come in 8 directions. The aim offset is a 5 x 5 grid: left and right 45 and 90 degrees, up and down 45 and 90, built around the standing idle. Additive copies of the 24 poses are already made, and the demo's Animator Controller has them on an additive layer, so right dragging in the demo aims the whole body.
Open the demo scene in TP/Demo and press Play. Categories on the right, arrow keys or < > to step through the clips, W A S D or the on-screen stick to walk, right drag to aim. Everything in it, the controller, the blend trees and the aim layer, is in the pack for you to reuse.
Made in Unity 6 (6000.0) with URP. The flashlight uses URP Lit materials, so the Built-in pipeline needs them switched to Standard.
