File Dialog Explorer

File Dialog Explorer is a simple plugin that allows you to browse, edit, and control your computer's folders and files with user-friendly settings directly in the Unity Engine. It is compatible with any Unity version that supports the UI (uGUI) framework. Features include customizable icons of files and folders, a full and modular event system, a custom extension manager, a simple file manager for operations like create, delete, copy, paste, and move, a history dialog, asynchronous loading, and image, text, and video streaming. You can read any file of any format and stream specific data to certain components, such as reading image data to a Sprite or UI Image, reading text data to a TextMesh/Pro or UI Text, reading to a variable, reading to a video player, and more. The dialog is specially built for Unity's UI (uGUI) framework with TMPro support.
