Exploration Toolkit is a collection of systems to enhance the player experience and allow them to interact with many parts of the game world. It's perfect for adventure, puzzle, and horror games.

INTERACTION SYSTEM
·Inspect objects in the world, with layered interactions allowing you to create puzzle boxes, latches, trigger events, and more.
·Pickup objects in the world, and use them to unlock doors, pack it away in your inventory, or place it back down to trigger events such as putting a heavy object on a pressure plate.

MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
·Doors, cupboards, and drawers the player can open/unlock to find items in, and progress through the game.
·Levers, buttons, and switches to unlock doors, turn on lights, trigger gameplay events, etc.

LOCKS & LOCKPICKING
·Keypads the player can interact with to input codes, connecting to doors, cupboards, or puzzle elements.
·Combination locks to secure boxes - great for escape rooms and horror games.
·Lockpicking to break through doors and other locked obstacles. Features 2 variants: Skyrim-style, and ESO-style.

TECHNOLOGY
·Computers the player can use to receive messages, view security cameras, open/close doors, etc.
·Security cameras the player can use to observe areas in the level. They can also pan over time, track, and detect when objects come into view.

NAVIGATION
·Compass bars to help the player navigate their world.
·Minimaps with custom markers and border designs.
·Navigation marker system to highlight quests, locations, objectives, etc. These can then be rendered in 3D space, and integrate automatically with the compass bars and minimaps.

ITEMS & INVENTORY
·Items you can pickup, store, and equip - tools, weapons, keys, etc.
·Inventory system to store items, with both a hotbar and window variant.

OTHER FEATURES
·Player controller with sprinting, crouching, jumping, and sliding. The systems in this toolkit are also very modular, so you can easily plug in your own controller if you wish.
·Crosshair system that can dynamically change based on what you're looking at. e.g. a hand to pickup an object, a magnifing glass to inspect an object, a door to open/close a cupboard.
·Player stats to help you keep track of coins, keys, and other collectables, displaying them on-screen. These are built with the ScriptableObject architecture.
·Camera focusing to zoom the camera in on interactable objects such as keypads, locks, points of interest, etc.
·Menu system with settings screen to change graphics, volume and key bindings.
·Escape room demo game which highlights many of the toolkit's features, along with a demo scene for each of the toolkit's systems.
