Dice Tycoon: Property Board Game is a complete, ready-to-publish property trading board game template for Unity 6 and URP, built for Android and mobile and fully playable on desktop. Open the game scene, press Play and you have a finished board game: a home screen, card-style game set-up, three living 3D boards and the full rules, with computer players to play against.
The UI look, fonts, game title, sounds, token and dice models, icons and shop pictures can all be changed without writing code. The whole UI theme (colours, fonts, corners, shadows) lives in one ScriptableObject and can be previewed live in Play mode. Rules, prices and board names are kept in a few clearly named C# files. The included buyer's guide explains each change step by step.
GAMEPLAY
Roll the dice, buy streets, collect rent, build houses and hotels and drive your rivals bankrupt. Includes the full rules: auctions with live bidding, mortgages, jail, Fortune and Treasury cards, trading with counter-offers, debts and bankruptcy. The Banker narrates the game as it plays out.
PLAYERS
Up to 6 players at the table. Computer players come in three difficulties (Easy, Medium, Hard) and trade, bid and build on their own. Pass-and-play lets friends share one device.
BOARDS
Three living 3D boards: Sky Islands, Desert Oasis and Classic City. Each board has its own street names and a living world with townsfolk, vehicles and landmarks that rise as players build.
GAME OPTIONS
House rules (starting cash, Free Parking jackpot, double salary on Go, auctions on or off, starting properties, round limits), quick games, saved games with Continue and a 45-step interactive How to Play.
PROGRESSION AND SHOP
Coins, a shop with 16 tokens across four rarity tiers, 5 dice sets and unlockable boards, a starter pack, coin packs and rewarded coins. Ads, in-app purchases, analytics and remote config go through small interfaces with mock implementations included, so you can plug in the SDK of your choice.
MOBILE READY
Landscape UI that adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens, with separate mobile and PC render pipeline assets. Touch on mobile; mouse on desktop.
CONTENT
3 boards, 16 tokens, 5 dice sets plus theme dice, house and hotel models, a full sound set, the Frost Glass UI and original 3D models, textures and icons.
