About Dark Sci-Fi Atmospheres

Dark SciFi Atmospheres is one of the largest geophonic atmosphere libraries we have built. Every environment here was recorded with a geophone, a seismic sensor that captures subsonic frequencies below 10Hz that standard microphones cannot hear. The result is a collection of backgrounds that feel less like traditional ambiences and more like the sound of a world with its own internal pressure.
The library covers over a hundred named three-minute environments. Abandoned Radar Dish, Alien Planet, Arctic Wind, Dragon Sewers, Heartbeat Ambience, Nuclear Submarine, Oil Rig Ocean and dozens more, each one a distinct world. The range moves from cold and clinical to deep and threatening, from industrial machinery hum to alien terrain. For Film, Games and TV that needs space and atmosphere in a single drop, there is enough here to last a full project.
Alongside the long-form ambiences sit one-shot creature sounds including Alien Creature Vocalisations, Cave Troll, Giant Worm, T-Rex Footsteps, Metal Movements and Stone Shifters. These are designed to work alongside the atmospheres or stand alone in action sequences.
All sounds are fully metadata tagged and ready for Unity.
