- modular transformable roads / sidewalks - global activation by 1 parameter (UI button is out of the box);
- modular walls, floors, ladders, cables and other props;
- small fly cars pack;
- background traffic system;
- with LOD's;
- textures 2K-4K;
- tris count: 50-5000.
For URP usage: select all materials, click Edit > Rendering > upgrade selected materials to URP.
