Animations - 5 per animal
- Idle, Walk and Run loops, Jump and Trick one-shots
- One Animator Controller for the whole pack: "Speed" blends Idle > Walk > Run, "Jump" and "Trick" are triggers
- Each animal has its own Animator Override Controller, no setup needed
- In place, 30 fps. Walk 1.12 m/s, Run 2.24 m/s - move your character at the same speed and feet won't slide

- 120-1,332 triangles per animal (10,416 for all 30)
- One material and one 64x64 palette texture (+ emission map) for the whole pack - great for batching
- Simple rigid skeletons: 5-18 bones
