City & Terrace Pack

City & Terrace Pack features: Inspired by modern architecture & design, this is a realistic and highly optimized pack of modern skyscrapers and buildings. All high-end and low-poly assets come in two versions, one for day and one for night. The pack includes 36 different skyscrapers, each with 3 variants, totaling 100 structures that, lined up, cover a distance of 7Km. It features a photo-real modern terrace with furniture and items, and remarkable attention to lighting and detail. The content comprises 25 terrace assets, 24 textures and cubemaps, and highly modular models that can be combined in many ways. Assets run smoothly at 30 FPS even on low-end mobile devices. Two sets of day and night lightmaps are included, along with high-quality skyboxes painted by a professional matte painter, with 4K resolutions in Unity and 8K PSD source files for customization. Day and night skybox layers include sun, clouds, moon, stars, fog, city lights, and city glow. A realistic animated flock of birds flies seamlessly through the city, and a dynamic sun flare and animated jet plane with day and night versions enhance the scene. Every window lights up at night, supported by luminance maps for night control and cutout opacity maps for reflection control. Two city cubemaps and a 360-degree environment dome provide matching day and night reflections. Modeled interiors, seamless 3D ambient sounds for day and night, and example scenes for fast selection and lighting are included. Realistic lighting was baked externally in Mental Ray, used in film. All assets in example lightmapped scenes have manually unwrapped second UV channels. A First Person Controller prefab allows free navigation.
