Fences VOL.1 - Beach and Town Modular (Nanite and Low Poly)

This project includes everything pictured with all assets, maps, and materials created in Unreal Engine for realistic AAA quality visuals and style. Each asset is constructed using Nanite for high-quality fidelity polycounts and includes low-poly versions. The pack contains 118 meshes split between Nanite and low-poly, fully modular on the grid with high-fidelity 4k texture sets. A master material setup controls the majority of props and models, with additional channels for roughness, albedo, and normals, channel-packed Roughness, Metalness, and Ambient Occlusion. Realistic post process and LUT provide a complete look. Optimized for games, the assets include both Nanite and low-poly versions, with painted parts tintable via material instances. All branding and labels are custom made, free of legal issues, and models are fully detailed from all sides, with support for Lumen in Unreal Engine 5.0+.
